Midlands Luncheon and 1 Hour CLE on Thursday, July 10th
Registration and buffet will begin at 12:00 p.m. The CLE presentation is from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Palmetto Club - 1231 Sumter Street, Columbia, SC. Our special guest speaker is Professor Derek W. Black of the University of South Carolina School of Law. He will provide a United State Supreme Court Update (1 hour CLE). Professor Derek Black will lead us through a one-hour CLE presentation that highlights noteworthy opinions emanating from the United States Supreme Court during the current term. With many decisions being handed down in June, this update presents a unique and timely opportunity for us to catch up on the most important cases from our nation's highest court.
