SCWLA Foundation Fundraiser and Cooking Demonstration - March 24th from 6:00 to 8:00 in Charleston

 

Come experience a demonstration class at the Southern Season Cooking School. A chef will show us how to prepare Chicken thighs with Porcini Sauce; Chocolate Pot de Creme; Zucchini Pancakes with smoked Trout and Creme Fraiche; Baby Greens with Creamy Shallot Vinaigrette and let us sample the prepared food. Wine will be paired with the offering.

 

The Cooking School at Southern Season provides an epicurean education dished up with a heaping serving of expertise and style. Learn from regional notables and internationally renowned celebrity chefs as they share secrets, techniques and recipes in a cooking classroom that redefines the concept.
