06-03-16 Midlands - Yoga/Mental Health CLE

Yoga/Mental Health CLE

Members are invited to join the Membership Committee for a Yoga/Mental Health CLE on June 3, 2016 from 3:00-4:30 at City Yoga in Five Points. The presentation will include a 1-hour mental health CLE presentation by Tina Cundari and Beth Padgett. Following the presentation, Tina and Beth will lead us in a 30-minute yoga exercise. Due to space constraints at the facility, RSVPs for this event are limited. Should there be a great interest in the program, we will try to coordinate a second offering of the program later this year.  Yoga mats and props are available, but please bring your own mat if you have one. If you have difficulty using the RSVP link below, please contact Courtney Fleck directly at [email protected].
