NOTICE - SCWLA Proposed Bylaw Changes
The Bylaws Committee will be presenting proposed amendments to the directors for approval at the December 13, 2018 Board meeting. The amendments, proposed by the Governance Committee, are to Article V - Board of Director Elections. A redlined copy of the proposed changes is attached here for review. A two thirds vote of the directors is required for these amendments to be approved.
